Meditation Open House
In order to give students a chance to join with others to meditate with
the guidance of Sogyal Rinpoche through a video teachng, we will offer Meditation Open House sessions. This will be for newer people wanting an introduction to meditation and a chance to meet other Chicago Area Rigpa students; for students who are enrolled in online Rigpa courses; and for more experienced students wanting to deepen their practice.

This session will feature a video teaching on meditation by Sogyal
Rinpoche, meditation instruction, and short sittings, plus tea with
refreshments and an opportunity to ask questions, discuss, and get to
know each other. Open to new and experienced students, as well as
family and friends!
